Using an approach of End to End process of NPL (Non-Performing Loan) and Real Estate Owned (REO) Management that provides a 360º service, with cross-functional coordination where finance, compliance, marketing, and legal teams play an essential role throughout the process, in order to ensure efficiency, risk management, and maximum value recovery.
Our approach consist of five main stages, with specific tasks aligned to different business functions: Loans (loan assessments, pre-ACU claims, collateral valuations), REO Conversion (regularization strategy, documental and technical regularization, sale strategy definition), Asset Clean-Up & REO Management (development, brokers selection, pricing definition, REO valuations, marketing, property management, compliance and financial monitoring), Publication & Sale (asset publication and promotion, pricing, commercial offers, proposal management, break-in and rentals management), and Closing (deeds and promissory management, post-sale document management).
